Photo Booth Rental in Washington, DC: Pricing, Packages, and What to Expect
If youโre pricing out a photo booth in DC, the numbers are the first thing you want and the last thing most companies will show you. So here they are.
What it costs
Private party packages run $995, $1,245, and $1,895. Wedding packages are $1,245, $1,895, and $2,950. Corporate packages start at $1,895, step up to $2,950, and go custom from there. Holiday parties have their own collection, four packages from $1,195 to $2,495, on our holidays page.
The difference between tiers comes down to hours, staffing, and whatโs stacked on top: print formats, premium backdrops, extra experiences. Every proposal we send is itemized, so you can see what each piece costs before you commit to any of it.
Whatโs included
Studio-quality photos, printed on the spot and shared to phones. A custom overlay designed for your event, not a template with your name dropped in. Your choice of backdrop. And a crew that handles everything from setup to the final gallery, so nobody on your team is babysitting a printer at 9 pm.
After the event you get a full digital gallery of every session.
What your venue will ask
The booth needs an 8 by 10 foot footprint and a 9 foot ceiling. We carry $1 million in liability insurance, which covers what most DC venues require. If your event is at a museum, hotel, or federal building with a loading dock and a security list, tell us in the proposal request. We work in those buildings regularly and plan arrival around them.
Where we go
Weโre based in Washington and serve DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia within about a 20 mile radius at standard rates. Farther out, including New York and New Jersey, is available with travel.
How booking works
Three ways in, depending on how far along you are. Check open dates if you just want to know whether your Saturday is free. Book a package online if you already know what you want. Or request a custom proposal and get an itemized quote within one business day.
Our Google reviews sit at 4.8. If your event lands between October and December, check dates early. That stretch of the calendar fills first.
