Questions, answered

Everything you'd ask
before booking.

The practical stuff: space, setup, insurance, timing, and what your guests actually get. Anything else, just ask.

Where do you operate?

We're based in Washington, DC and serve the DC metro area, including nearby Maryland and Northern Virginia. We're also available for travel; travel beyond the metro area is quoted with your proposal.

How much space does the booth need?

A footprint of about 8 by 10 feet with 9 feet of ceiling clearance is ideal. Tighter room? Tell us; we've fit elegant setups into smaller corners, and we scout tricky rooms in advance.

How long does setup take?

About 45 minutes. We arrive early and set up quietly, outside your program or reception timeline, so guests never see the build.

Do you bring an attendant?

Yes. Every booking includes a trained attendant who runs the booth from open to close, keeps the line moving, and troubleshoots on the spot.

Are you insured?

Yes, to $1M liability. We provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue on request and handle the paperwork before load-in.

What do guests actually get?

Photos, GIFs, boomerangs, and video messages, delivered instantly by text or email. Packages with printing hand prints back in seconds, two copies per session on print packages.

Can you match our branding or wedding design?

That's the point. Custom overlays, start screens, backdrops, and print designs are built for your event and approved by you before event day.

Do you do data capture for corporate events?

Yes. Opt-in email and phone capture, surveys, and a post-event contact report, plus share analytics your marketing team can use.

How far in advance should we book?

Corporate dates and peak Saturdays go first. Most clients book 2 to 6 months out; if your date is closer, ask anyway and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

How do payments work?

A deposit reserves your date and the balance is due before the event. Proposals, contracts, and payments all run through our booking system, so everything is in writing.

What happens after the event?

Receipts, always: the full gallery, share analytics, and (for corporate bookings) the contact report land in your inbox. No thread left hanging.

Still deciding? Tell us the room and the guest count. We'll recommend, not list.
