Alexandria Holiday Party Ideas That Get People Talking (and the Photo Booth Deal for Our Own City)
We live here. Our booth has been to Old Town, Del Ray, Carlyle and Potomac Yard more times than we can count, and every December the same thing happens: the good Thursday, Friday and Saturday dates go first, and the weeknights sit open. So this year we are doing something about it for our own city.
The deal, in one paragraph
If your holiday party is inside the City of Alexandria limits and lands on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, our staffed digital photo booth is $595 for three hours, which is 20% less than the $745 we charge Thursday to Saturday. Attendant, holiday overlay built for your party, props, and every photo texted or emailed to the guest before they leave the booth. Want prints and a backdrop built in? Five party formats that work on a weeknight
1. The office party that is actually a dinner. Book the private room, put the booth by the bar, and let the overlay do the branding. People leave with a photo they want, not a plastic lanyard. Our corporate photo booth page has the full menu.
2. The team dinner for the people who never see each other. Hybrid teams meet in person twice a year. Give them a reason to stand next to each other.
3. The neighborhood get-together. Del Ray, Rosemont, Seminary Hill: a booth in the living room or the clubhouse turns a potluck into an event. See how we set up for private parties.
4. The client thank-you. Invite the people who paid the invoices. The prints go back to their offices.
5. The family thing. Grandparents and teenagers in the same photo, willingly. It happens.
What you get on the night
We load in about 90 minutes before start, set up against your wall, tree or window (or bring a backdrop for $100), and run the booth for three hours. Guests tap the screen, pose, and get the photo on their phone in seconds. On The Alexandria Studio, prints come out the same night with your overlay on them. How to book
Pick your date on the Alexandria booking page. The Sunday to Wednesday price shows on the summary automatically. One event per night, so when a date is gone, it is gone.
