Photos Enforced Giveaway – Official Rules

We're giving away a FREE photo booth rental to one lucky winner! Before you enter, here’s everything you need to know:

🗓 Entry Period & Winner Selection

  • Giveaway opens: June 26, 2025

  • Giveaway closes: July 15, 2025, or once 300 valid tags are received on the official giveaway post—whichever comes first.

  • Winner will be selected at random from eligible entries and announced via Instagram on or before July 16, 2025.

🎁 What You’ll Win

The winner will receive a complimentary photo booth package that includes:

  • Up to 3 hours of photo booth service

  • Standard props and overlays

  • Professional lighting setup

  • Digital delivery of all photos

  • Setup and breakdown by our team

(Additional services such as more time, printed photos, custom wraps, or themed backdrops are available for purchase.)

📍 Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the continental United States.

  • Event must be held within 20 miles of Washington, DC.

  • Must be 18+ to enter.

🗓 Event Requirements

  • The event must be scheduled between August 1 – December 31, 2025.

  • Subject to inventory and date availability; blackout dates may apply.

  • Prize is valid for private events only (e.g. weddings, birthdays, corporate, nonprofit).
    Nightlife, political, or campaign events are not eligible.

  1. Follow @photos_enforced on Instagram

  2. Like the giveaway post

  3. Tag at least 4 of your friends in the comments (each tag = one entry)

  4. Comment what kind of event you're planning

  5. BONUS: If the friend you tag follows us too, you’ll both get an extra entry 🙌

📲 Marketing Use

By entering and accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Photos Enforced to:

  • Share photos, videos, or Stories captured during the winning event

  • Use event content for promotional purposes across our social media, website, and marketing materials

Don’t worry—we’ll always be respectful and professional with how your event is featured.

⚠️ Additional Terms

  • The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be resold.

  • The winner must sign a standard rental agreement and confirm event details within 14 days of being notified of winning.

  • Incomplete or spam entries may be disqualified.
